Lidl asked Mix to upskill every member of staff in Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Alongside delivering in-person leadership training, Mix wrote a short digital course for all staff and worked collaboratively with Lidl’s design team to deliver a highly tailored outcome.
Global nutrition company Glanbia (brands such as Optimum Nutrition, Silm Fast, Isopure, Nutra-Go, etc.) commissioned Mix to design a progressive D&I programme for all employee levels. Online courses included an Introduction to Unconscious bias, Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Recruitment. Translated in to multiple languages.
