He is able to navigate complex issues around improving people management, while also objectively quantifying the outputs, so encouraging organisations to improve their bottom line.
Mike is an accomplished auditor, having expertise in setting up, running and auditing various ISO Management Systems. This allows him to make objective assessments during consultancy interventions. These assessments allow organisations to make progress that improves morale, protects the environment, and benefits the business, but just as importantly allows organisations to do the right thing.
He is confident in delivering in a face-to-face, or online environment. His style is facilitative, allowing delegates the opportunity to discover knowledge rather than simply presenting information.
